365JL Withdrawal Guide: Limits, Steps, E-Wallet vs Bank
A withdrawal from 365JL needs two things: a payout account bound in your real name, and an amount that fits the route you choose. E-wallet requests run from ₱100 to ₱50,000, bank requests run from ₱500 to ₱50,000, and we charge no fee on either. As of October 2026, e-wallet payouts take 15 minutes to 3 hours. This guide opens with the limits, then walks through the Magwithdraw steps, the two bind forms and the conditions that decide whether a request goes through.
365JL withdrawal limits: e-wallet from ₱100, bank from ₱500, ₱50,000 per request
The 365JL cashier splits withdrawals into two routes, and the route sets the minimum, so decide it before you type an amount. As of October 2026, the ranges apply per request as follows.
| Route | Payout options | Minimum | Maximum per request | Accounts you can bind |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| E-wallet | GCash, Maya, GrabPay | ₱100 | ₱50,000 | Up to 5 |
| Bank account | Philippine banks from a dropdown list | ₱500 | ₱50,000 | Up to 5 |
The Magwithdraw page shows a counter of 99 requests per day, and the request window runs round the clock, shown on the page as 23:00 – 22:59. Two examples show how the numbers fit together. A balance of ₱450 can only go to an e-wallet, because the bank minimum is ₱500. A balance of ₱120,000 goes out as three requests, for instance ₱50,000, ₱50,000 and ₱20,000, which sits far inside the daily counter. GrabPay deserves a note as well: it caps deposits at ₱20,000, yet a GrabPay withdrawal can run to ₱50,000.
How to withdraw at 365JL: Magwithdraw, amount and fund password
To withdraw at 365JL, open Magwithdraw, choose the E-wallet or Bank Account tab, enter an amount inside the range shown, type your fund password and tap Ipasa. The steps assume a payout account is already bound, and the two sections after this one cover binding.
- Open the 365JL login page, sign in and tap Magwithdraw (Withdraw) on the dashboard.
- Choose the E-wallet tab for GCash, Maya or GrabPay, or the Bank Account tab for a bank.
- Pick the account you bound. On your first request, add one first with Magdagdag ng wallet or Magdagdag ng bank card.
- Type the amount. Stay inside the range shown for the tab: ₱100 – ₱50,000 for e-wallets, ₱500 – ₱50,000 for banks.
- Enter your fund password.
- Tap Ipasa (Submit).
Your 365JL request then appears under Kamakailang Pag-withdraw (Recent Withdrawals), and Gabay sa Pag-alis opens the withdrawal guide inside the cashier. The usual stumble is step 4: an amount below the tab’s minimum, such as ₱300 on the Bank Account tab, will not go through, so switch to the E-wallet tab or wait until the balance reaches ₱500. The fund password is a separate secret from your login password and is asked for on every withdrawal, so keep it somewhere only you can reach.
Add a wallet for 365JL GCash withdrawals, plus Maya and GrabPay
A GCash withdrawal at 365JL starts with a one-time bind: tap Magdagdag ng wallet on the E-wallet tab and complete the form. Maya and GrabPay use the same form.
- Tap Magdagdag ng wallet (Add wallet) on the E-wallet tab.
- Enter your real name as it appears on the e-wallet account.
- Choose GCASH, MAYA or GRABPAY.
- Enter the e-wallet account number.
- Set the payment (fund) password and confirm it.
- Tap Ipasa to save the wallet.
Two details deserve a second look before step 6. The name must match the payout account, because a withdrawal to a wallet in a different name fails. And bound details cannot be edited or viewed afterwards, so read the account number back against your wallet app before you submit. If something is wrong after that, Live Chat Support is the official place to ask for a change.
Add a bank account for 365JL bank withdrawals, minimum ₱500
365JL bank withdrawals use the same bind idea on the Bank Account tab, with a higher minimum of ₱500.
- Open the Bank Account tab and tap Magdagdag ng bank card (Add bank card).
- Enter your real name as it appears on the bank account.
- Choose your bank from the dropdown, which includes Banco de Oro (BDO), Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Asia United Bank (AUB) and Bank of Commerce, among others.
- Enter the account number.
- Set and confirm the payment (fund) password.
- Tap Ipasa.
The ₱500 minimum and the extra verification that bank payouts pass through make a bank account the better fit for larger balances you do not need right away. A balance between ₱100 and ₱499 can only use the e-wallet route.
Conditions before a 365JL withdrawal is accepted: name, 30% wagering, KYC
Three conditions sit behind every 365JL request, and checking them before you tap Ipasa saves a failed attempt.
First, the real name on your bound account has to match the payout account, as the bind forms above explain. Second, under our Terms, at least 30% of the amount you deposited must be wagered before a withdrawal is accepted, and promotion funds are excluded from that count. Take a ₱1,000 365JL deposit: ₱300 has to be wagered, and a total of ₱200 does not meet the rule.
Third, we may ask for identity documents when necessary, and until verification is complete, bonuses and withdrawals are held. A promotion adds its own condition on top: the welcome bonus carries 10x turnover and the Maya recharge bonus 5x. A member who wants to withdraw soon after a deposit can join no promotion at the deposit step, which leaves the 30% rule as the wagering condition.
Our About Us section says we operate under a PAGCOR licence. We do not publish the licence number on this site, so confirm any operator’s status with PAGCOR directly if that matters to you.
How long does a 365JL withdrawal take? E-wallet vs bank, no fees
As of October 2026, 365JL e-wallet withdrawals to GCash, Maya or GrabPay take 15 minutes to 3 hours, and bank withdrawals take 2 to 24 hours because they pass through additional verification. These are the ranges our team confirmed in October 2026.
Take a ₱2,000 request, which either route accepts. Sent to an e-wallet, it should arrive within the 15 minutes to 3 hours range, while the same amount sent to a bank can take up to a day. That gap makes the e-wallet route the better fit for money you want soon, and the bank route the better fit for larger sums you can leave.
Every request is listed under Kamakailang Pag-withdraw, and transaction history stays viewable for 30 days, so take a screenshot of the record if you may need it later. If an e-wallet request is still waiting after 3 hours, or a bank request after 24 hours, send Live Chat Support the screenshot, the amount, the route and the time of the request.
We charge no fee on withdrawals, whether to an e-wallet or a bank. That also gives you a quick test for scams: a message that asks you to pay a release fee before a payout did not come from us, and Live Chat Support is the only official support channel.
Up to five e-wallets and five bank accounts, all in one name
You can bind up to five e-wallets and up to five bank accounts on your 365JL account, and every one of them must carry the same account-holder name. A GCash wallet and a Maya wallet in your own name can therefore sit side by side, while a relative’s or friend’s account falls outside the rule. Each additional account is added through the same Magdagdag ng wallet or Magdagdag ng bank card form, so the steps above apply again, and each bound account follows the limits in the table at the top of this guide. When a bound account needs to change, contact Live Chat Support.
365JL withdrawal not going through? Symptoms, causes and what to do
Most withdrawal problems trace back to the conditions above, and the table pairs each symptom with its usual cause.
| What you see | Usual cause | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| The request fails after you submit | The real name on the bound account does not match the payout account | Contact Live Chat Support, because bound details cannot be edited |
| The amount will not submit | It is outside the range shown for the tab | Enter ₱100 – ₱50,000 on the E-wallet tab or ₱500 – ₱50,000 on the Bank Account tab |
| The request is not accepted after a deposit | Less than 30% of the deposited amount has been wagered | Keep playing until 30% is reached, then request again |
| Bonus winnings will not release | The turnover of the promotion you chose is not met yet | Check the terms of the promotion you picked at the deposit step |
| The withdrawal and bonuses are held | We asked for identity documents and verification is incomplete | Provide the documents we asked for, and ask Live Chat Support if anything is unclear |
| Still waiting after 3 hours (e-wallet) or 24 hours (bank) | The request has passed its usual range | Send the record screenshot, amount, route and time to Live Chat Support |
If none of these matches what you see, open Live Chat Support. We publish no support email or phone number, so treat any other contact claiming to speak for us as unofficial.
365JL withdrawal FAQ: daily caps, cut-offs, family wallets and small balances
The questions below fill the gaps the steps leave: caps, cut-off times, whose account you can use and what to do with a small balance.
Is the 365JL withdrawal limit per request or per day?
The ₱50,000 maximum applies per request, and the Magwithdraw page shows a counter of 99 requests per day. We do not publish a cap on the total you can withdraw in a day, so the range shown for your tab and that counter are the figures to follow.
Is there a cut-off time for 365JL withdrawal requests?
The request window runs round the clock and is shown on the page as 23:00 – 22:59, so there is no hour of the day at which the cashier stops taking requests. We do not publish separate processing times for particular days, so the 15 minutes to 3 hours and 2 to 24 hours ranges are the ones to plan around.
Can I withdraw to a relative’s or friend’s e-wallet?
A wallet in someone else’s name does not fit our bind rules. Every bound account must carry the same account-holder name, and the real name has to match the payout account, so a withdrawal belongs in an account in your own name.
What can I do with a 365JL balance under ₱100?
A request needs at least ₱100 to an e-wallet or ₱500 to a bank account, so a smaller balance cannot be withdrawn until it reaches the minimum.
Can I change the e-wallet or bank account I have already bound?
Bound details cannot be edited or viewed afterwards, so contact Live Chat Support to change them. You can also add another account through the same form, up to five e-wallets and five bank accounts.
Withdraw from 365JL with a route that fits your balance and name
A smooth 365JL withdrawal comes down to three choices made early: the route that fits your balance, an e-wallet or bank account bound in your own name, and a deposit wagered past the 30% mark. Balances from ₱100 go to an e-wallet, ₱500 and up can also go to a bank, and each request can reach ₱50,000 with no fee. Keep the record of every request, and use Live Chat Support when a payout runs past its usual range.
