365JL Register: Sign-Up Steps & What You Can’t Change
Registering at 365JL takes five fields: a username, a password, the password again, a Philippine mobile number starting with +63, and a captcha. The form has no OTP step, so there is no code to wait for, and members who prefer not to fill it in can connect with Facebook or Google instead. This guide is for players aged 21 and above who do not have an account yet. It puts the sign-up steps first, then explains which details are fixed the moment you submit them and what to do before you commit.
How to register at 365JL: sign-up form steps for web and mobile
To register at 365JL, tap Magrehistro at the top right of the page, complete the five fields and submit the form. The steps are the same in a desktop browser and in a mobile browser.
- Open 365jlph.ph in your browser on a computer or a phone.
- Tap Magrehistro (Register) at the top right to open the registration popup.
- Enter a username and a password, repeat the password in the Kumpirmahin ang password (Confirm Password) field, and type your number in the Mobile No. (+63) field.
- Type the captcha. If you would rather skip the form, use the connect option under the “o kumonekta sa” (or connect with) label and choose Facebook or Google.
- Submit the form, then log in with the username and password you chose.
Choose the username with care, because it is fixed the moment you submit and it is also what the Retrieve form asks for if you forget your password later. Saving it in a note on your phone before you tap submit costs nothing and avoids a lock-in that cannot be undone.
Nothing arrives by SMS after you submit, because the form has no OTP field. Once the form accepts your details, the next move is to log in. Whether you used the form or Facebook or Google, you end up with the same 365JL account, and setup continues from your first login.
Is this the real 365JL sign-up form? What it asks and what it never asks
The official sign-up form asks for five things only: a username, a password, the password confirmation, a +63 mobile number and a captcha. Your fund password and your e-wallet or bank details come later, after you have logged in, under Magwithdraw. A page that asks for a fund password, wallet or bank details, or a photo of your ID before the account exists therefore does not match the form we run. Open the form from 365jlph.ph, and treat Live Chat Support as the only official place to ask a question about it.
Who can register at 365JL: age 21+ and one account per person
Registration at 365JL is open to players aged 21 and above, and each person may hold one account. Our About Us section says we operate under a PAGCOR licence, and we do not list the licence number on this site. The 21+ limit and the one-account rule apply to every member, and our Terms apply the one-account rule across six points:
- One account per person.
- One account per address.
- One account per email.
- One account per phone number.
- One account per payment card.
- One account per shared computer.
That matters most in a shared household. Family members who use the same address, phone number or computer should check the rule before registering a second account, and can ask Live Chat Support first.
What cannot be changed after you register: username, email and wallet name
Four details are fixed once they are set, and the table shows when each one is set and what to do before you commit to it.
| Detail | When it is set | Can it be changed? | What to do first |
|---|---|---|---|
| Username | When you submit the registration form | No | Write it down, because Retrieve asks for it |
| Email linked to the account | When you bind it after sign-up; the form does not ask for it | No, once bound | Use a mailbox you will still be able to open, because Retrieve depends on it |
| Account-holder name on a wallet or bank account | When you bind the account under Magwithdraw | No | Enter your real name exactly as it appears on the e-wallet or bank account |
| Bound wallet or bank details | When you submit the bind form | They cannot be edited or viewed afterwards | Check the account number before you submit, and contact Live Chat Support if a change is needed |
The name rule is the one that leads to a failed withdrawal if it is missed: the real name must match the payout account, otherwise the request fails. Registration does not ask for a real name, so the first time it matters is the bind form under Magwithdraw, and it is worth having your e-wallet or bank account in front of you when you reach it.
Does 365JL ask for an OTP or ID when you register? KYC explained
No OTP step and no ID upload appears on the 365JL registration form. We request identity documents only when necessary, so a new member can finish registering without them.
The consequence comes later. When we do ask for documents, bonuses and withdrawals are held until verification is complete. For that reason it helps to register with details that are genuinely yours, such as your own mobile number and your real name on any payout account, so that a verification request can be answered without delay.
365JL registration not going through? Common problems and fixes
Most registration problems come from expecting a step the form does not have, or from the fixed details above, and the table pairs each one with its fix.
| Problem | Likely cause | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| No OTP code arrives | The form has no OTP step, so none is sent | Log in with the username and password you chose |
| Registering again with a phone number, address or card already used | Our Terms allow one account per person, address, email, phone number, payment card and shared computer | Keep using the account you already have, and use Retrieve if you need its password |
| The username has a typo | The username is fixed once the form is submitted | Keep using it, and open Live Chat Support if you cannot recall it |
| A withdrawal fails after you bind a wallet | The real name on the bind form does not match the payout account | Open Live Chat Support, because bound details cannot be edited |
| The captcha is rejected | The characters were typed differently from how they appear | Retype them carefully |
| A page asks for your fund password, wallet details or ID photo | It is not the official sign-up form | Close it and reopen 365jlph.ph |
If none of these fits what you see, open Live Chat Support, the only official support channel for 365JL.
What to do right after you register: three setup steps
After your first login, three setup steps get the account ready for payments: change the initial password, set the fund password that every withdrawal needs, and bind an e-wallet or bank account in your real name. 365JL login uses the username and password you have just created, and the same page explains how the fund password differs from the password you sign in with.
Registering and the welcome bonus: what joining does and does not unlock
Creating an account does not credit a bonus by itself. Our welcome bonus is chosen on the deposit page, and it asks for a bound e-wallet or bank account, your real name and your mobile number. If you prefer to take no promotion, the deposit page also lets you join none.
365JL registration FAQ: OTP, ID, shared addresses and wallets
These five answers cover registration questions that the steps above leave open.
Does 365JL send an OTP code when I register?
No. The sign-up form has a username, a password, a password confirmation, a mobile number and a captcha, and no OTP field. Nothing needs to be entered after you submit, so log in with the username and password you chose.
Do I have to upload an ID to finish registering?
No upload appears on the form. We ask for identity documents only when necessary, and when we do, bonuses and withdrawals are held until verification is complete.
Can family members who share an address or device each register?
Our one-account rule counts the person, address, email, phone number, payment card and shared computer, so two accounts that share any of these can conflict with it. If you are unsure, ask Live Chat Support before you register a second account.
Do I need a GCash or Maya account to register?
No, the sign-up form has no e-wallet field. A wallet or bank account matters later: members deposit with GCash, GCashQR, Maya or GrabPay, and withdraw to GCash, Maya, GrabPay or a Philippine bank account, bound under the real name on the account.
What happens to the personal details I enter at registration?
We do not sell or share personal data with third parties, and we destroy it when it is no longer needed.
Register at 365JL with the details you want to keep, then log in
Registering at 365JL takes five fields and no OTP. The details that stay fixed are the username you submit, the email you link later and the real name you bind to a wallet, so decide them with care before you commit. When the form is accepted, the next stop is to sign in to 365JL, change the initial password and set the fund password. Live Chat Support is our only official support channel if anything in the process does not match what is described here.
